Interested clients may pay a non-refundable reservation fee of $5000 valid for 21 days after which 25% of the sale price will be required on signing the contract. The next 50% will be required within 6 months from the date of the initial payment and the remaining 25% one week before completion (less reservation fee if applicable). There will be a monthly service fee of $350 (subject to change) for the maintenance and upkeep of common areas. This includes landscaping, garbage disposal, cleaning of the swimming pool, fuel for the generator as well as the provision of water services. Payments can be made by cash, cheque, banker’s draft or wire transfer.
